Couldn’t fault, amazing stay!!!
Myself and my boyfriend stayed at the Ladbroke recently and we had we were both so pleased with the whole experience. From when we arrived to the time we left we received exceptional service by staff, they were very welcoming, amazing food, and comfy modern rooms! We will most defiantly be booking again soon.

Great stay in Birmingham
We had a wonderful 2 night stay at The Ladbrooke Hotel. The whole team all the way from the General manager Mr Snehal Lakhani to bar/restaurant staff were very helpful and polite with attentive service throughout.
On our 2nd night we had a lovely evening meal at the restaurant and a few drinks in the bar in the evening. The food was delicious. Our room was nice clean and very spacious.
I would like to Thank you GM and your team, we shall definitely be coming back again.

Fantastic Hotel
Stayed a night at the hotel and the service and staff were fantastic couldn’t do enough to help out. Hotel General Manager was there to make sure we we’re looked after and was fantastic. Amazing and I’ll definitely be back.

Wonderful customer service
Visited Birmingham for the week at the Ladbroke hotel because it is a 2 minute walk from the city centre which is very convenient. It was a brilliant place to stay. The staff were very polite and helpful especially Florentina who always made sure we were accommodated well. The breakfast was always served on time and the dinner was probably one of the highlights of my stay. Thank you very much this is going to be my home whenever I visit Birmingham

Relaxing stay
My partner and I have stayed at the Ladbrooke hotel in Birmingham recently. Staff was extremely nice and they were all following safety measures. Hotel manager, Snehal, was very polite and welcoming, making sure we are having great time. Will be back soon.

“Relaxing Afternoon”
My husband and I popped in for a drink, The general manager Shanal and his team made us feel most welcome! Lovely bar area, also free parking at the back of the hotel which was so convenient,We will be definitely going back to try the lunchtime menu and also the afternoon tea, really nice relaxing afternoon, thank you for the first class service we received.

Amazing chilled time at the business corner 🤩
I was fed up of constant work from home so decided to take upon the invite to work from Ladbrook business centre instead on one day and I have enjoyed that day of work a lot nothing except of amazing coffee have disturbed me 🤣I was tempted a bit so had to have a bite to eat and it was delish 😋 lovely warm atmosphere highly recommend very friendly staff 😌

NEW MANAGEMENT - diamond in the making
I enjoyed every moment from walking in the front doors, management were more than welcoming, felt like I was at home, great staff, 2 for 1 hot drinks made it perfect for a business meeting, quiet, clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend! I will be returning here very soon for many more meetings, stay overs and more delicious meals! The new head chef and staff have completely changed the atmosphere so massive well done to you all!

New Management
1st of all new management, its a lovely place,the bar looks cosy and amazing love the barman. Walked in greeted by reception to check-in explained where the bar and etc.. well presented. The staff at the restaurant top notch. Polite the service and food was brilliant. The room was amazing. Makes me dose off straight away. Comfy.
